Straight from the resilient Aroeira tree of Minas Gerais, Brazil, K&A Aroeira Honey captures the rare essence of this semi-arid region with its smooth, chocolate-like flavor and subtle spicy undertones. Unlike most blossom honeys, Aroeira honey never crystallizes, offering a consistently rich texture that reflects its unique floral source. Bracatinga Organic Honeydew

This rare process gives the honey a darker color, thicker texture, and a malty, caramel-like flavor that sets it apart from blossom honeys. Recognized with a Geographical Indication in southern Brazil, Bracatinga Honeydew has become one of the country’s most prized exports, valued for its high mineral content—especially phosphorus and magnesium—and its antioxidant properties. Angico Organic Honey

Angico honey is a monofloral Brazilian honey produced when bees collect nectar from the blossoms of the native Angico tree, which grows across the Atlantic Forest, Cerrado, and Caatinga biomes; harvested mainly between October and December, it is prized for its light golden to pale amber color, fruity tropical aroma, and sweet flavor with notes of pineapple, mango, and candy-like hints, offering a silky texture and medium finish, while producers such as Apis Flora confirm its botanical origin through pollen analysis to ensure authenticity, and it is often marketed as raw and organic, rich in antioxidants and natural energy, though like all raw honey it should not be consumed by children under one year old.
