Sweet Creations: Easy Recipes with K&A Honey
Meet the Queen Bee
"I started K&A Honey with a simple passion: to honor the bees and share the healing power of Brazil’s incredible biodiversity with the world. Growing up surrounded by nature, I learned that honey isn’t just something sweet; it’s a gift. Each variety has its own story, its own strength, its own way of nourishing the body."

Smooth and delicate sweetness!
"This honey has a wonderfully smooth texture and a delicate sweetness that enhances everything I add it to! From morning pancakes to afternoon tea. I appreciate that it feels truly pure, with a subtle floral note that makes it feel special compared to standard store-bought options. It's easy to pour and mix, and the jar keeps it tidy and convenient on my counter. I've been using it daily and enjoy knowing I'm getting a wholesome, simple sweetener!"
Over the top tier honey
"This is not your average grocery-store honey. The flavor is rich, floral, and slightly herbal — perfect for tea, baking, or drizzling over yogurt. Knowing it’s raw and USDA-certified organic makes it even better. It’s thick, aromatic, and naturally sweet without overpowering other ingredients. The small jar size makes it ideal for gifting or special occasions. Once you’ve tried this, it’s hard to go back to regular honey."
Organic Bracatinga Honey
"This is an interesting honey, it is sweet but not overly, but also with a slightly bitter aftertaste, but I only noticed that after my first taste; the rest of the bites, I didn't notice the bitterness. I did have this on homemade bread and in tea, and I like it in both. It is a nice dark honey, and though it is thick, it is not as thick as other honey's as I made a bit of a mess just opening the jar. It spreads easily and blends/dissolves well in hot beverages."
