I'm pretty happy with this honey, though, the state it came in is difficult.It almost entirely crystalized and separated, so it required a lot of time in hot water and a lot of stirring to smooth it out, though, that goes to prove that it really is raw honey.The flavor is excellent. It's a very floral and strong honey. If you're one of those people who likes honey but doesn't LOVE it, you may want to pass. If you're looking for as powerful of a honey taste as you can find, this might be it.

I've never tried raw organic honey beforeI added a teaspoon to my Greek yogurt which sweeten it up. Because the yogurt was at room temperature, the honey mixed up but it was still little pieces in it. I prefer to sweeten it this way versus adding sugar to it. I also made some coffee and added a quarter of a teaspoon to that, which I enjoyed.This honey is very unique in appearance to me and I can taste the difference compared to the honey I purchased in the store in the past. This honey is very thick with granules on the bottom, with thick consistency. I consider this to be excellent I consider a good value for the money. I appreciate being able to try this product out.
